Narendra Bansal is an Indian entrepreneur, philanthropist and the Chairman & Managing Director of Intex Technologies, an Indian smartphones manufacturing company. == Early Life == Narendra Bansal was born in 1963 in Rajasthan. His father was a grain merchant and mother was a home maker. He did his primary education in village. his family moved to Nepal where he finished his secondary education Vishwaniketan High School. In 1980, the family moved back to Delhi where he finished his graduation in commerce from University of Delhi. He did not have any interest in his father's food grain business and wanted to start his own business. Bansal started his business tryst with trading Compact Cassette popularly known as audio cassettes at that time, in 1980s. He bought them from manufacturers and sell them to the traders in Lajpat Rai Market and Palika Bazaar in Delhi. Followed the same strategy with video cassettes and video cassette recorders (VCRs) which continued till 1987. His first brush with IT was with the arrival of floppy disks in 1987.
